Personalized products require 4-7 days for order processing, while standard items typically take 2-5 days. During major holidays, peak seasons, or promotional campaigns, please allow an additional 1-3 days for processing due to high order volumes.

Shipping Time:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by e-packet, a service provided by the US Postal Service.

– Standard Shipping Option:

+ United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Germany, Ireland: Delivery takes 7-15 days.

+ European Union: Delivery takes 10-20 days.

+ Other Locations: Delivery may vary based on location, typically taking 15-25 business days.

– Express Shipping Option:

For faster delivery, we automatically upgrade to Express Shipping with a delivery time of 1-7 days for all orders valued at $150 or more, free of charge. Please note, this option does not appear on the Checkout page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all international destinations. Additionally, we offer FREE standard shipping worldwide for all orders over $70 and FREE express shipping worldwide for all orders over $150.

When will you ship my items?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 days after payment. You will receive an email notification once your items are shipped.

When will I receive my item(s)?

Delivery for international orders typically takes 1-3 weeks.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Due to logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately.

Which payment methods are you accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Visa Debit and Maestro via PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account. Just use the PayPal option and pay using your credit card. All payments are secure online.

Is it secure to pay by credit card?
